Urgent Petcare

This place is great. Brought my dog here on a Sunday after she was attacked by another dog. The Staff was kind, compassionate, and informative. They got my dog in immediately and checked her vitals and also gave her a pain injection and let her lay on a soft bed to make her more comfortable. They had other dogs who were ahead of us/less stable, but they made sure my dog was comfortable while we waited. (Other hospitals I have been there have not done this) The cost was reasonable for an emergency vet. And even let the person who's dog attacked my dog pay for the bill.

We took our St. Bernard/Boxer mix Male here yesterday after he had a spat with his Great Dane sister and had been bit on his arm. I have to say, this experience was AMAZING! The staff ant Urgent Petcare are so kind and you just feel that they are true animal lovers. Megan, our technician was absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough good things about her and the other staff. The building was very clean which I appreciated as well! If you have a pet that needs to be seen, I would highly recommend Urgent Petcare.

I personally dedicated a 3 acre Ranch to rescue and take in any animals in need for 20 years. So I have experienced many vets. And I can say The team there was amazing with Mr Jack my Yorkie. Dr Moezzi & Hannah his assistant took care of Jack with love and care. And very honest and up front about everything cost and options. I say with my heart they truly care about your baby as if it was their own. I had farm vets that came to my Ranch for large animals and small. If I still had my rescue boy would they be the team I would have to help all my animals. with love and care. I would give them a 10 star if I could. Trust me this is where you want to take a baby that is ill that needs love and care as you would give them. God Bless them for their help today. Jack turns out to just have some stomach issues. Although I feel if it were much worse they would have handled it with kindness and love. And I also thank them they did not try to charge me for all kinds of other things. thank-you again. Amazing, caring, and such sweet staff! They were so helpful and cared about my puppy’s health. I came here for an emergency walk-in visit with my puppy and was seen right away. They answered all my questions throughly. Although they accept care credit and scratch pay I do wish they did payment plans, especially for emergency visits. Other than that overall I absolutely 100% recommend this place! Either as a primary vet or emergency services!

I came home from work today to find my little chihuahua had somehow ripped one of his toenails right out. I took him here and waited less than five minutes to be seen. The tech cleaned and wrapped his foot and they did not even charge me because, thankfully, it wasn't a serious injury and I didn't need a consultation with the doctor. I will always come back here if needed and I highly recommend them. Not only because I wasn't charged but because the staff was friendly, the place was clean, and they were fast and patient with me which is very comforting when you're worried.

It was our first time visiting this place after our cat wasn’t feeling well. He was neutered at a different location on 10/31/2023 and after a week or so. We noticed he wasn’t the same anymore. Wouldn’t eat, drink or use the litter box. He even put himself in the cat carrier as if he was Telling us to take him to the Vet. Very odd behavior. He mask when we would touch him. His nose was supper red; he just wasn’t himself AT ALL. Our cat is pretty hyper, and he lets it be known he’s around by playing around and getting into everything. We live in the City of Buckeye and al,l the vets around our neighborhood either couldn’t see him or we had to make an appointment. We honestly couldn’t wait another day and Urgent PetCare said - “bring ,him in, we will see him” total relief. They treated us and our pet with great hospitality. It was a bit pricey but they gave us options. Now our cat seems to be getting back to normal after having him on antibiotics every 12hrs and we are thankful Urgent PetCare took care of at 6:30 pm. It’s about 45 away from my house but we didn’t care - I felt that the longer we waited for a place to see him by myself, the more sick he would have gotten or probably not make it until the next day. Thank you Urgent PetCare for the great hospitality and service you provided us. Full details of what was wrong with him and the options you gave to make sure we can afford it.
